- Where is my order?
- Open Your orders. The page updates by itself and says who has your order right now. The restaurant’s number is on the same page if you need to call them.
- Can I change my order after placing it?
- No. You can cancel it until the restaurant accepts it, and then place a new one.
- Why was my order rejected?
- The reason the restaurant gave is on the order page. You are not charged for a rejected order: you pay only in cash, when food arrives.
- Does LayyahGo charge me a service fee?
- No. You pay the food and the delivery fee, in cash when it arrives. LayyahGo is paid by the restaurant, so there is no extra line on your bill.
- Why can’t I order from a restaurant?
- It may be closed, paused for a while, or your address may be outside the distance it delivers to. The restaurant page and checkout both say which.
- Why was my order limited?
- To keep fake orders away from restaurants: a new account can have one order open until its first one is delivered, and a first order can be up to Rs. 3,000. Anyone can place a few orders an hour. After your first delivery these limits relax.
- What happens if I do not take an order?
- The restaurant has already cooked it and sent a rider. If an account does not take two orders, the account and the devices it used are blocked. Contact us below if you think this is a mistake.
- How does live tracking work?
- Once your order is out for delivery, the restaurant’s rider can share their phone’s location. You see them on the map on your order page until the food arrives. If the rider does not share it, or loses signal, the map stops but your order still comes.
- I have a food allergy. What should I do?
- Call the restaurant before you order; its number is on its page. Menu descriptions and special requests are not checked by LayyahGo. See Food safety.
- How do I delete my account or my data?
- Message us below, tell us the email you sign in with, and we will delete your account within 30 days. You can clear or pause your history yourself on your Account page. Read the Privacy Policy for what is kept and why.
