Terms of Use
Last updated 2026-10-24
By using LayyahGo you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Safety, Conduct & Liability page. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. What this agreement covers
LayyahGo operates an online platform, run from Layyah, Punjab, Pakistan, that connects customers with local restaurants. These terms govern your use of that platform.
Your agreement about the food itself is with the restaurant, not with LayyahGo. When you place an order, you enter into a contract with that restaurant to prepare and deliver it. LayyahGo passes the order on, calculates the bill and keeps the record of it. We are not a restaurant and we do not cook, handle or deliver food.
2. Your account
- You need an account to order: you sign in with Google. There is no guest ordering.
- You must be 18 or older.
- Give an accurate delivery address, with directions. A rider who cannot find you cannot deliver your food.
- Your account is yours alone. Do not share access to it. You are responsible for orders placed from it.
- Take the orders you place. Every order is cooked fresh and brought by a rider. If you do not take an order, your account gets a strike; after repeated strikes we block the account and ban the devices it used. New accounts, and every account, have limits on how many orders they can place at once and how much a first order can be. See our Privacy Policy for what we record to enforce this.
3. Orders
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when the restaurant accepts it.
- A restaurant may reject an order, for example because it is too busy, an item has run out, you are outside its delivery area, or it is closing. You will be told.
- You may cancel an order at no cost until the restaurant accepts it. After that the restaurant has started cooking, so you can no longer cancel it yourself; contact the restaurant or us.
- Orders cannot be edited after they are placed. Cancel and reorder instead. This is what guarantees the price you agreed cannot change afterwards.
- Special requests (for example "less spicy" or "no onions") are passed to the restaurant, which will try to follow them but cannot guarantee it. Never rely on a special request for an allergy or a medical need; call the restaurant first (see the Safety page).
- If your cart holds food from several restaurants, each restaurant receives its own order, with its own bill, rider and delivery time.
4. Prices, fees and payment
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees. Menu prices, delivery fees, minimum orders and free-delivery thresholds are set by each restaurant.
- Menu prices include all taxes. Restaurants on LayyahGo must list final prices with tax already included, so the price of a dish is the price you pay for it. No restaurant or rider may add tax or any other extra at the door.
- Delivery fees depend on distance. Each restaurant sets a fee for up to 5 km, for 5 to 10 km and for 10 to 15 km. You see the fee for your address before you place the order, and it does not change afterwards.
- LayyahGo charges you no service fee. Your bill is the food plus the delivery fee. LayyahGo is paid by the restaurant, and a restaurant may set its menu prices with that in mind.
- Your total is calculated on our server. The total shown when you place the order is the total you pay. Totals are rounded to the nearest Rs. 5 so the amount can be paid in cash.
- Payment is cash on delivery only. You pay the whole total to the rider who delivers your order.
- If a price or an item changes between adding it to your cart and checking out, we stop and show you exactly what changed before you confirm. We will never silently charge you a different amount.
- If we ever add a charge for customers, it will be shown on the bill before you place the order and will apply only to orders placed after the change.
5. Delivery and live tracking
- Delivery is carried out by the restaurant, using its own riders.
- Delivery areas are measured as a distance from the restaurant. If your address is outside a restaurant's area, you will not be able to order from it.
- Delivery times and the arrival time shown on the map are estimates, never guarantees.
- Live tracking works only when the rider shares their location from their phone. If they do not, or their phone loses signal, the map may be late or stop moving. Your order is not affected.
6. Reviews
- You may review a restaurant only after an order from that restaurant has been delivered to you, and only once per order.
- You may edit your review for 48 hours after posting.
- The restaurant may publish a reply. It cannot change or remove your review.
- We may remove reviews containing abuse, threats, another person's private information, discriminatory content, or content plainly unrelated to a real order. We will not remove a review simply because it is critical.
- By posting a review you allow LayyahGo to show it on the platform.
- Reviews imported during a restaurant's setup are labelled as such and are excluded from its star rating.
7. For restaurants on LayyahGo
If you operate a restaurant listed here, these terms apply to you together with the Restaurant Partner Agreement, which covers fees, billing and your responsibilities in full. In short:
- You control your own menu, prices, delivery area, delivery fee and minimum order. Your menu prices must be final and include all taxes, and your delivery fee is set for each distance band (up to 5 km, 5 to 10 km, 10 to 15 km).
- The customer pays you the order total (food plus delivery) and pays LayyahGo nothing. Your rider collects it in cash, and you pay LayyahGo its share, 8% of the food subtotal of each delivered order, once a month.
- You are responsible for the food, its safety and labelling, delivering it, and the conduct of your staff and riders.
- You must only upload photos and text you own or have permission to use.
8. Advertising
LayyahGo may display promotional placements for restaurants. These are arranged and managed by LayyahGo and are labelled. Promoted placements do not change a restaurant's star rating, its reviews, or its position in search results other than in the placement itself.
9. Things you must not do
- Interfere with, probe, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform.
- Attempt to alter prices, fees, commissions or totals.
- Try to see another customer's orders, or another restaurant's data.
- Place fake orders, or use several accounts, devices or networks to get around a limit or a ban.
- Create accounts to manipulate ratings.
- Copy the platform's content or data by automated means.
- Abuse, threaten or harass restaurant staff, riders or LayyahGo staff.
- Use the platform for anything unlawful.
10. Content and intellectual property
The LayyahGo name, logo, design and software belong to LayyahGo. Menus, prices and photos belong to the restaurants that supply them, which confirm they have the right to publish them. If you believe something on LayyahGo uses your work without permission, contact us through the Help page and we will remove it promptly once we have checked the claim.
11. Our liability
We provide the platform with reasonable care, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or free of errors.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- LayyahGo is not liable for the quality, safety, allergens, quantity or timeliness of food prepared and delivered by a restaurant, nor for the conduct of a restaurant, its staff or its riders;
- LayyahGo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss; and
- LayyahGo's total liability to you for any order is limited to the total you paid for that order.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our own negligence, for fraud, or anywhere else the law does not allow it to be limited.
12. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for failures or delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, such as power or internet outages, failures at our service providers, severe weather, strikes, public disorder, or government action.
13. Suspension and closing your account
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Where we do, we will say why unless there is a legal reason not to. You may stop using LayyahGo at any time and ask us to delete your account, as described in the Privacy Policy.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be shown to you in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use LayyahGo after that means you accept them.
15. General
- If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up.
- These terms, with the pages they link to, are the whole agreement between you and LayyahGo about using the platform.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any problem. If we cannot, the courts of Layyah District have jurisdiction over any dispute.
17. Contact
You can reach LayyahGo through the Help page.
