Restaurant Partner Agreement
Last updated 2026-10-24
This agreement is between LayyahGo and the restaurant ("you") listed on LayyahGo. You accept it when you, or anyone you add as a login for your restaurant, first signs in to the restaurant dashboard, or when you accept an order through LayyahGo, whichever comes first. The customer Terms of Use also apply.
1. What LayyahGo does
- Lists your restaurant, menu and prices, and lets customers in your delivery area order from you.
- Calculates each bill on its server and passes each order to your dashboard.
- Gives you a dashboard for orders, your menu, reviews, rider tracking links and monthly bills.
- Handles customer accounts, fake-order protection and the order records.
LayyahGo does not cook, handle, inspect or deliver food, and does not employ your staff or riders.
2. What you do
- Keep your menu, prices, photos, opening hours and item availability accurate. Mark items unavailable as soon as they run out.
- Keep every menu price up to date, final and tax included. The price you list for a dish is the price the customer pays for it, with every tax (including any sales tax) and charge of yours already inside it. Do not add tax, a service charge or any other extra at the door or afterwards. When your costs or taxes change, change your menu prices the same day.
- Set your delivery fee for each distance band: up to 5 km, 5 to 10 km and 10 to 15 km. The fee LayyahGo shows for the customer's distance is the fee you charge, and you do not change it at the door.
- Accept or reject each new order promptly, and give a genuine reason when you reject one.
- Prepare every order you accept, safely and as described, and deliver it with your own riders.
- Honour the total LayyahGo shows. Never ask a customer for more than the bill.
- Hold every licence and registration your business needs, including with the Punjab Food Authority, and follow food safety, hygiene and labelling law.
- Answer customers who call you about allergies or ingredients honestly. If you are not sure, say so.
- Make sure your staff and riders treat customers with respect.
3. Fees and monthly billing
- You pay LayyahGo a share, currently 8% of the food subtotal (not the delivery fee) of each delivered order. Customers pay no service fee. You may set your menu prices higher to cover it. Nothing is deducted from any order.
- Your rider collects the customer's whole total in cash. The food and the delivery fee are yours to collect. The 8% on each order belongs to LayyahGo, and you hold it for LayyahGo until you pay it.
- At the end of each calendar month (Pakistan time) LayyahGo issues a bill on your dashboard adding up LayyahGo's share of your delivered orders for that month. Each order's share is fixed when the order is placed and never recalculated.
- You pay each monthly bill within 7 days of it being issued, by the method LayyahGo gives you. It is marked paid on your dashboard once LayyahGo records it.
- If a bill is not paid on time, LayyahGo may pause your restaurant until it is paid.
- LayyahGo may change its share or agree a different rate with you. You will be told at least 14 days before a change, and a new rate applies only to orders placed after it takes effect.
4. Your logins
- Each person who uses your dashboard signs in with their own Google account, added by LayyahGo at your request. Do not share logins.
- Tell LayyahGo straight away when someone leaves, so their access can be removed.
- You are responsible for what is done from your restaurant's logins.
5. Riders and live tracking
- Riders are your staff or your contractors, not LayyahGo's. You are responsible for their conduct, their vehicles, and for following traffic law.
- The tracking link you send a rider shares their phone's location with the customer only while the order is out for delivery. Tell your riders this before they use it. They can refuse; the order still goes ahead without the map.
- Send each tracking link only to the rider carrying that order.
6. Photos and content
- You may only upload photos, logos and descriptions that you own or have permission to use. Do not copy photos from other websites, Google search results or other restaurants.
- You allow LayyahGo to show that content on the platform, and in LayyahGo's own promotion of your restaurant, for as long as you are listed and for a reasonable time after.
- LayyahGo may resize, crop or remove any content, and will remove content if someone shows it is theirs.
7. Customer information
- You receive customers' names, addresses, directions and special requests only to prepare and deliver their orders.
- Do not use them for anything else, do not keep them longer than you need, and do not pass them to anyone else. Do not add customers to marketing lists or contact them except about their order.
8. Reviews
- Customers can review you only after a delivered order. You may reply publicly, but you cannot change or remove a review. Do not offer anything in exchange for a review, or post reviews of your own restaurant.
9. Responsibility and indemnity
- You are responsible for the food you sell and for your staff and riders. If a customer or anyone else makes a claim against LayyahGo because of your food, your delivery, your staff, your riders, your content or your breach of this agreement, you will cover LayyahGo's reasonable costs of that claim.
- LayyahGo's total liability to you in any calendar month is limited to the share LayyahGo received from your orders in that month. LayyahGo is not liable for lost profits or indirect loss.
- Nothing here limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
10. Pausing and ending
- You may stop selling on LayyahGo at any time by telling us. Any share already owed must still be paid.
- LayyahGo may pause or remove your restaurant if you break this agreement, fail food safety rules, do not pay a bill, reject orders without good reason repeatedly, or receive serious complaints. Where possible we will tell you why and give you a chance to fix it first.
- Your past orders, reviews and bills are kept when this happens.
11. Changes
LayyahGo may update this agreement. You will be told on your dashboard at least 14 days before a material change. Continuing to accept orders after that means you accept it.
12. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan. We will first try to settle any disagreement by talking. If that fails, the courts of Layyah District have jurisdiction.
